Reflexology / Raindrop Session

What is Reflexology and how does it work?

After years of arthritis and multiple foot surgeries, I was completely unprepared for the immediate and dramatic improvement in flexibility and function I experienced following reflexology.  Fingers and toes that have been cramped and constricted for years now happily stretch and grip.  My feet are still rejoicing weeks later!   Janet P. Walthew

Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretching, and movement to the feet and hands to trigger corresponding parts of the body. SuZanna Mantis or Z as many refer to her is a California Master Certified & Practicing Reflexologist since 1998, now certified in WA state,  # rf60491357. She views the ears, feet and hands as a mirror image of organs, glands and other parts of the body.  Her session will leave you feeling lighter, moving with greater ease and relaxation.

Z's Raindrop Session

Z's Raindrop Session is a powerful technique using essential oils, originally developed by D. Gary Young in the 1980s. Over the last 30 years Z's sessions have created an even more powerful effect, her clients report. It combines several modalities to bring balance and transformation. It also supports body systems on a physical & emotional level.

The most amazing thing about Raindrop is that all of my clients measure taller after just one session.

What is involved in a raindrop session & what is the cost? The cost is $125, or 3 for $345.

This technique involves applying Z's organic therapeutic grade essential oils to the spine, neck and feet. The session lasts about an hour however the benefits may last up to a week or more.

Combining several holistic techniques, described below, creating a synergistic effect for the body, mind & spirit. The three modalities she uses are:

~ Aromatherapy– Z uses seven of her Organic essential oils and one essential oil massage blend during the session. It is congruent with the French application of aromatherapy where essential oils are applied NEAT (undiluted) to the body.
~ Thumb Roll Technique- distinctive energy technique
~ Feather Stroking- This is similar to a massage term technique called effleurage. But this technique was actually termed by the Native American Indians.

Essential oils are actually dropped from about 6 inches above your spine, simulating rain drops! It feels like a rain drop gently striking your spine.

It is thought that the oils interact with a person's electric field before even penetrating the skin of the back. Thereby, enhancing

the electromagnetic properties of the oils as well.

Doug said, "I decided to see if Z could help me with some ongoing grief issues I had with my Mom’s murder. Even though it had been 18 years, I still struggled. I had been a Marine Corps fighter pilot and had a career as an airline pilot after that. I always thought I should be tough and handle things by myself. But I was not able to effectively deal with my grief over time; it was taking away the joy in my life.
Z knew just what questions to ask and It was very beneficial to me to release all that pent up grief. After 4 or 5 sessions, I felt like a new man!
One of the final things Z had me do was write a letter to my Mom, read it out loud, then put it in the soil in a flowerpot with a Coleus plant. My Mom loved plants and flowers. So now I have the beautiful Coleus plant indoors year round, and it is a loving reminder of her. We all have issues that come up in life that we can’t handle as well as we’d like to. If you need help with some life coaching, Suzanna Mantis has my highest recommendation"
